Why not try something a little twisted?
Christmas Travesties is a collection of short stories for those whose Christmases don’t exactly follow the tradional norm.
“Christmas and I have had an uneasy relationship for most of my life,” the author, Alexandria Blaelock says, “so, I’m a little envious of people who love Christmas.”
And the five original short stories in the Christmas Travesties collection reflect this uneasyness. “This collection is kind of like those boxes of biscuits and chocolates you get at Christmas time,” she explains, “bitter, sweet, dark, nutty or plain. The only thing you won’t find in here is a strawberry cream!”
Alexandria Blaelock has published stories in Ellery Queen’s Mystery Magazine and Pulphouse Fiction Magazine. She’s also written five self-help books applying business techniques to personal matters like getting dressed, cleaning house, and feeding your friends. Find more at her website.

About the Author
Alexandria Blaelock writes stories, some of them for Ellery Queen’s Mystery Magazine and Pulphouse Fiction Magazine. She’s also written five self-help books applying business techniques to personal matters like getting dressed, cleaning house, and feeding your friends.
As a recovering Project Manager, she’s probably too fond of sticking to plan. She lives in a forest because she enjoys birdsong, the scent of gum leaves and the sun on her face. When not telecommuting to parallel universes from her Melbourne based imagination, she watches K-dramas, talks to animals, and drinks Campari. At the same time.
